摘要
通过采用高效液相色谱分析发现 ,不同培养基对红曲菌固态发酵产MonacolinK有显著影响 ,在基础培养基中添加单糖和有机氮源能显著提高其含量 。
The HPLC analyses in our study showed that culture medium has substantial influence on Monascus MonacolinK fermentation. Adding glucose and organic nitrogen to basic substrate—steamed rice can significantly increase the production of the MonacolinK, especially the MonacolinK acid.
