摘要
采用不同的方法提取柿叶中的黄酮类化合物 ,比较不同提取方法的提取效率及提取物中黄酮类化合物的含量 ,从而探讨最佳的提取方法并对柿叶提取物抗氧化性进行了研究。结果表明 :体积分数 75 %乙醇提取法较佳 。
The extraction method of flavonoid in leaves of Diospyros kaki was studied. The optimum extracting process was put forward, and anti-oxidation property of the extract from the leaves of Diospyros kaki was studied. The results showed that the optimum extracting technical process was 75% alcohol. Effect of flavonoid from the leaves of Diospyros kaki was higher than ascorbic acid and citric acid.
