介绍了台湾中钢企业文化的形成和发展过程 ,提炼了中钢企业文化体系———中钢愿景、中钢精神、中钢经营理念的内涵 。
The writers introduced the formation and development of the enterprise culture of China Steel Company (CSC) and summarized the enterprise culture system, object, spirit and content of the management ideology of CSC. The several revelations of the enterprise culture of CSC were pointed out.
