摘要
通过对热轧材质量问题的研究 ,阐述了质量缺陷对使用性能的影响 ,分析了适用性判定与标准性判定的关系 ,提出了技术管理也是生产力的科学命题 ,并站在《金属学》的前沿理论高度上 ,做出较为深刻的理性讨论。
The writers passed the study on hot-rolled material quantity problems,explained the impact on serviceability of the quantity defect.It is analyzed that suitability judges the relation judged with the standard type, proposed that the technical management is a scientific proposition of the productivity too.And in stand in the front theory of 《METALLOGR APHY》 highly having made comparatively deep reason and discuss.
