趋化因子在子宫内膜异位症发生与发展中的作用
摘要
子宫内膜异位症发病机制中,免疫学说是关注的热点。近年研究表明,趋化因子参与子宫内膜异位种植过程中趋化、黏附、侵入、血管形成及异位内膜生长等多个重要环节,其异常表达通过促进细胞因子和生长因子分泌引发盆腹腔神经-内分泌-免疫网络进一步紊乱,导致疾病的恶性循环。
