摘要
对Boost电路的开关过程进行了详细的分析 ,应用Matlab的三种分析方法分别进行了仿真 ,结果一致且与理论相符。最后应用TC35C2 5PWM调制芯片研制一套输入 6 0V、输出30 0V的 2 5kW的样机进行了试验研究。
