摘要
针对大型瓷件掉伞及伞内裂的问题,分析了该缺陷的产生是由于光坯伞根部位出烘水分过低及坯件上釉时吸湿过大所致。指出应合理控制出烘水分、釉浆密度及上釉时间,避免坯件上釉时吸水过急过多,浸完釉后坯件先进烘房干燥再喷釉以减缓吸水膨胀应力。生产结果表明,采取措施以后,瓷检合格率提高了42%。
Focusing on problems of shed dropping and under-rib crack of large porcelain insulators,it is revealed that these defects are caused by reduced moisture on shed bottom part(near body)of blanks after drying and intensive moisture absorption during glazing.So,moisture after drying,glaze density and its time shall all be controlled well to avoid quick intensive mess absorption during glazing.After glazing,body shall be put into drying chamber to be dried and then spray glazed,in order to release expansion stress at moisture absorption.The production result shows that the acceptance rate final porcelain is enhanced by 42% after above mentioned improvement.
