65例尖锐湿疣及20例湿疣样病变病理比较分析

A pathological analysis of 65 cases of condyloma acumanitum and 20 cases of condylomatoid diseases

目的 探讨尖锐湿疣的病理诊断和鉴别诊断依据。方法 收集 6 5例尖锐湿疣和 2 0例湿疣样病变 ,观察对比其病理学特点 ,并辅以HPV检测。结果 灶状分布空泡细胞在尖锐湿疣中出现率高达 97% ,对照组为 0 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 0 0 5 )。结论 灶状分布空泡细胞是尖锐湿疣诊断和鉴别诊断的重要依据。

Objective To probe the evidence of pathological diagnosis and its differential diagnosis of condyloma acumanitum.Methods A total of 85 cases of condyloma acumanitum and condylomatoid diseases were studied pathologically, and they were tested for HPV by PCR.Results The focal distributive koilocytes appearing rate was up to 97% in condyloma acumanitum and it was zero in controls. There were significant difference between cases and controls(P<0.005).Conclusion The focal distributive koilocytes is major evidence for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of condyloma acumanitum.
