摘要 选取杭州凤凰山麓老虎洞窑南宋和元代地层出土的青釉瓷片,应用能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜、高温显微镜、场发射扫描电子显微镜、高分辨率透射电子显微镜等手段,从釉的析晶及分相的物理化学基础入手,研究了瓷釉的显微结构和相组成.首次发现南宋和元代地层出土瓷釉都是析晶-分相釉,并探讨了釉呈色及玉质感形成与显微结构和化学组成的关系. Green-glazed porcelain sherds excavated from the Southern Song and Yuan strata of Laohudong kiln site at the foot of Fenghuangshan Hill in Hangzhou were adopted as test samples. Based on the physico-chemical principles for crystallization and phase separation of the glazes, microstructure and phase composition were investigated by means of energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, high temperature microscopy, field emission electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. For the first time, the study demonstrates that the glazes from both the Southern Song and Yuan strata are crystalline-phase separated glazes. The influences of microstructure and composition upon color generation and formation of jade-like feel are discussed.
