高能球磨AgSnO_2触头材料的研究 被引量:9

摘要 利用高能球磨技术制备出亚微米级AgSnO2 粉末 ,对压制成型的试样采用分级保温烧结的热处理技术。研究表明 :高能球磨有利于提高AgSnO2 触头材料的性能。材料组织均匀性好 ,晶粒细小 ,可提高材料加工性能 。 Sub-micro AgSnO 2 powders are prepared by high energy ball milling,the samples of the contact materials are prepared through press forming and step isothermal sintering.Various physical performance tests indicate that the physical properties are remarkably improved by high energy ball milling.The final microstructure consists of finer and more dispersive particles than that of conventional powder metallurgy AgSnO 2 contact material,and the machinability of the AgSnO 2 was improved by this technology which has a favorable foreground of application.
