摘要
BaPbO3 电子陶瓷具有优异的金属导电性 ,在高温下还具有正温度系数 (PTC)特性 ,通过不同元素的掺杂 ,其PTC特性可得到显著改善。本文综述了BaPbO3 电子陶瓷的最新研究进展和应用领域 ,并对其结构性能。
BaPbO 3 electronic ceramics exhibits excellent metallic conductivity and the cha- racteristics of positive temperature coeffecient at high temperature.The property of PTC and be effectively improved by different element doping.The latest progress in research on and application fields of BaPbO 3 electronic ceramics was summarized in this paper.The structure properties,conductive mechanisms and preparation methods were also discussed.
