重症急性胰腺炎并发神经精神障碍55例 被引量：7

摘要 目的:探讨重症急性胰腺炎患者并发神经精神障碍的病因方法:回顾1990-06/2001-10收治的重症急性胰腺炎并发神经精神障碍患者55例,分析其病因及其临床特征. 结果:重症急性胰腺炎并发神经精神障碍的发生率为13.8%, 重症急性胰腺炎患者并发神经精神障碍的病因为:真菌感染中毒性脑病(45.6%)、细菌感染中毒性脑病(145%)、水、电解质紊乱(12.7%)、酶性脑病(7.3%)等. 结论:重症急性胰腺炎并发神经精神障碍并非少见,急性胰腺炎并发神经精神障碍存在多种病因,真菌感染中毒性脑病是其主要原因.
