老年人无痛胃镜检查Holten监测30例 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨无痛胃镜对老年人心血管的影响. 方法:对30例老年患者在异丙酚静脉麻醉诱导下行胃镜检查(无痛组),另外30例患者行常规胃镜检查(普通组),术中均配带Holten监测心率、心律、ST-T改变. 结果:检查过程中无痛组出现心动过速0例,异位心律3 例,ST-T改变1例,普通组心动过速16例,异位心律12例,ST-T改变11例.两组比较差异有显著性.
