电解可脱性弹簧圈血管内治疗后交通动脉瘤

摘要 目的 :探讨电解可脱性弹簧圈 (GDC)血管内栓塞后交通动脉瘤的临床特点及注意事项。方法 :用GDC血管内栓塞后交通动脉瘤 8例 ,2个动脉瘤采用一枚弹簧圈 ,5个动脉瘤采用两枚弹簧圈 ,1个动脉瘤采用三枚弹簧圈。最小GDC为 2mm× 3cm ,最大GDC为 10mm× 3 0cm。结果 :8例动脉瘤成功栓塞。结论 :GDC栓塞治疗后交通动脉瘤是一项安全、可靠。 ObjectiveTo discuss the therapeutic effect, operation process and clinical value of the Guglielmi detachable coils (GDCs) in treating posterior communicating artery aneurysms.MethodsSelective cerebral angiography was performed in patients with posterior communicating artery aneurysms.Detachable coil was used as embolization agent in 8 cases.ResultsThe aneurysms were successfully embolized with detachable coil in 8 patients.ConclusionsGDC embolization is a safe,reliable and effective method for treating posterior communicating artery aneurysms.
