摘要
首先介绍质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的单体结构和工作原理,并针对PEMFC电堆系统的复杂性,提出PEMFC电堆系统结构,系统结构包含PEMFC反应物供应、过程调节、水/热管理、输出调节和系统控制。然后在已有的PEMFC机理模型和经验模型的基础上,详细分析PEMFC电堆系统的数学建模,给出PEMFC电堆系统结构条件的划分、变量空间的建立、参数的选择和模型辨识。最后讨论PEMFC电堆系统控制的现状和发展,研究PEMFC电堆系统控制的特点,从应用的角度出发,提出基于模糊推理控制和广义预测控制的PEMFC电堆系统控制的可行方案。
At first, the cell structure and the working principle of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) were introduced. The architecture of PEMFC stack system was given aiming at its complexity. The system structure comprised the reactant supply, the process operation, water/heat management, the output adjustment and the system control of PEMFC. Then, on the basis of the existing PEMFC mechanism model and experience model, the mathematical modeling of PEMFC stack system was analyzed particularly. The partition of PEMFC structure and conditions, the foundation of PEMFC variable space, the choice of PEMFC description parameters and PEMFC model identification were presented. Finally, the research status and development of PEMFC stack system control were discussed, and the control characteristics of PEMFC stack system were studied. At the view of application, two projects of PEMFC stack system control based on fuzzy inference control and generalized predictive control were advanced.
