摘要
超市内立式冷藏柜中的冷空气溢出对室内顾客及员工的热舒适产生负面影响,这一现象已被广泛地认为是需要解决的问题,同时通过冷藏柜的空气幕,冷藏柜中的冷空气和室内空气进行热、湿交换,这也在一定程度上增加了超市内的空调负荷。本文对超市内冷藏柜所产生的冷过道效应提供了一个二维的计算流体动力模型的数值模拟,并将冷藏柜周围产生的冷过道内的温度与速度的模拟结果与实测数据进行比较,结果显示两者误差不超过10%,因而可认为所建立的模型是准确的,可靠的。
It has been widely accepted as a problem to be solved that the cold air spillage from vertical open multideck display cabinets into the aisles causes discomfort to the customs and staff. This, together with the adverse effect on case performance caused by heat and moisture transfer across the air curtain, enhances the cold load of supermarket in some extent. Atwo-dimensional CFD model of cold aisle effect of display case in supermarket was presented. Comparisons betweenexperimental data and modeled data were made to validate the model. Results showed that the difference between thecomputed value and measured values is less than 10%, which shows that the model is acceptable in accuracy andreliability.
