Therapeutic Effects of Naoming Injection Associated With Mailuoning On Cerebral Infarction

目的 :观察脑明注射液与脉络宁注射液联合治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法 :将 2 4 3例脑梗死病人随机分为 3组 ,分别接受单用脑明注射液、单用脉络宁注射液、两种药物联合治疗 ,四周为一疗程。结果 :脑明组 :有效率 6 5 % ,显效率 4 6 .3% ;脉络宁组 :有效率 72 % ,显效率 5 7% ;联合治疗组 :有效率 99% ,显效率 80 %。结论 :两种药物联合应用治疗脑梗死优于单纯一种用药。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of naoming injection associated with the mailuoning.Method: A total of 243 patients with cerebral infarction were designed randomly in naoming group, in which given naoming injection only, mailuoning group, in which given the mailuoning injection only, and the union group, in which given the both naoming and mailuoning. Results: The effective and effectual rate was 65% and 46.5% separately in the naoming group, 72.0% and 57% separately in the mailuoning group, 99.0% and 80% in union group. Conclusion: It is a better way for treatment of cerebral infarction using naoming injection associated with mailuning.
