Among steel producers worldwide, LNM is a special group. Its development and growth completely depended on merging series steel-makers that were in the trouble of operating. Then LNM restructured them by adopting advanced technologies to make them to be profit-maker quickly. The process of LNM's developing and growing is introduced, the characteristics of merger and operation is analyzed and some available inspirations are summarized.
