摘要
本文采用有限元分析方法,利用大型有限元分析软件 ANSYS,对开关接头由于氧化等原因造成接触不良引起异常的发热进行计算,给出了不同负载电流和接触电阻下的标准热图像。本工作对于电力系统强电流网路的故障诊断和红外检测具有重要的工程应用价值。
A new technological method of infrared inspection is proposed in this paper. By the way of numerical method and advanced processing system, a lot of standard thermal graphs are constructed. The degree of the imperfect contact of switch batten in marine electric system with strong current network is judged through observing the change of the temperature field, which can be used for the foundation of constituting exact and reliable inspection standard. Finite element analysis software AYSYS is used in this paper, abnormal heating caused by imperfect contact of switch batten due to oxidation is calculated, and standard thermal graphs under different load current and contact resistance are given. The work in this paper is of engineering value and instruction to the failure diagnose and infrared inspection of marine electric system with strong current network.
