摘要
本文通过对国内27家生产10kV交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆的主要生产企业的生产现状进行调研分析,对各生产企业的质量管理与控制体系、人力资源、生产及检测情况、原材料、生产工艺等五个方面进行全面的分析,并指出存在的问题,为生产企业进一点提高产品质量提供参考建议。
This paper analyses comprehensively the QA/QC systems, manpower resources, production and test, raw materials and process of 27 manufactures of 10 kV XLPE power cables in China based on the results of the investigation on the present production of these manufactures. It points out issues to be solved and puts forward suggestions for quality improvement.
