凸轮轴的程控激光硬化

摘要 在凸轮轴的激光硬化过程中,凸轮表面非基圆部位的线速度不等和激光束辐照凸轮面该部位时入射角的不同,将导致凸轮表面硬度分布不均匀。本文采用8031单片机变速程序控制,可简单而方便地消除上述硬度差异,从而获得了满意的硬化效果。 In the process of laser hardening for a cam shaft, the linear speeds on the non-basic circle surface of the cam shaft are different. When a laser beam shines on this part of the cam shaft, the incidence angles are also different. These differences will make the distribution of hardening bed on the surface of the cam shaft ununiform. Using varying-speed program control with a 8031 single chip computer, these differences are easily compensated and a satisfactory hardening effect is obtained.
