摘要
研究了稀土元素对Cr25Ni20合金综合性能的影响,研制的602RE合金做35t/h循环流化床电站锅炉旋风分离器中心筒。结果表明,该合金具有良好的力学和物理性能,是一种性能优良的抗高温氧化磨蚀材料。
In this paper the effect of RE element on comprehensive properties of Cr25Ni20 alloy has been in-vestigated. 35t/h circulating fluid-bed cyclone separators of power plant boilers have been made of 602RE alloy. The technological process of making 602RE alloy is simple. Results show that 602RE alloy has favorable mechanical and physical properties. It is a material possessing excellent properties of high temperature oxidation and abrasion resistance.
