The Influence of Filtration on the Structures and Mechanical Properties of ZA-27 Alloy

研究了过滤净化对ZA-27合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,过滤净化可使ZA-27合金的晶粒细化、并能消除大量夹杂物、显微缩孔等缺陷,使ZA-27合金的力学性能显著提高。过滤净化还可以强化细化剂对ZA-27合金的细化效果。

This paper lays emphasis on the effect of filtration on the structure and mechanical properties of ZA-27 alloy. The results show that the filtration results in grain refinement of ZA-27 alloy, and can eliminate the defect of inclusions and porosities. The mechanical properties of ZA-27 alloy can thus be improved. The experiment also shows that the filtration can increase the effects of grain refining agents used for ZA-27 alloy.
