摘要
热作模具钢4Cr3Mo2NiVNb(简称HD钢)中含有大量细小、稳定的MC和M_2C型碳化物,因而在循环上限温度为750℃时具有优良的热疲劳性能。但由于钢中还有块状含铌碳化物,它们对热疲劳性能有不利影响,使HD钢在循环上限温度为650℃时的热疲劳抗力与其它热作模具钢相比较并不突出,文章对此现象进行了分析。
In hot-work tool steel 4Cr3Mo2NiVNb (HD steel), there are many dispersed and stable MC type and M_2C type carbides. So, it shows even good thermal fatigue property when the highest cycling temperature is 750℃. But because of solid carbide of Nb still occurred in steel, it does harm to thermal fatigue property, and makes thermal fatigue resistance of HD steel little less than usual hot-work tool steels when the highest cycling temperature is 650℃. This paper study into the phenomenon.
