摘要
综合以配电网可靠性最高、网络损耗最低为目标函数,以配电网的运行满足电力连续供应为约束运用改进遗传算法进行网络重构,提出了基于原始网络的初始种群选取以及在自适应遗传算法之中加入排查操作的策略,克服了现有遗传算法在配电网重构中应用时产生大量不可行解的不足。通过IEEE典型算例RBTS Bus 4系统的验算,结果表明所提算法的有效性。
A reconfiguration search approach in distribution network based on reliability of system and feeder loss is presented in this paper. An objective function both to maximize the reliability and to minimize the loss of distribution network considering is set up. The optimal method of the minimizing both the Average Service Unavailability Index and power loss is described in this paper. The improved genetic algorithm is proposed to eliminate infeasible result. Initial population forming based on original network and adding avoidance operation to self-adapting genetic algorithm is put forward. Test results on RBTS Bus 4 distribution network are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the whole algorithm.
