摘要
对于球墨铸铁制成的机械零部件,其低周疲劳性能数据是疲劳设计的重要依据,本文对高强球墨铸铁QT60-10进行了疲劳试验,获得了应力-应变特性曲线,说明该种材料的低周疲劳特性具有拉-压不对称性,非Massing特性和循环硬化等特性。文中还提出了建立应变范围Δε和应力范围Δσ之间的关系,可以很好地描述稳定状态的滞后回路曲线。
Many of the machine parts are made of nodular cast iron, low-cycle fatigue property data of the material is important data for fatigue design of these parts. In this paper the cyclic stress-strain curve of the nodu-lar cast iron QT60-10 was obtained by the fatigue tests. It is shown that the material has asymmetric behavior in tension-compression loading, non-Massing behavior and cyclic hardening. A method was suggested, which established a relationship between stress range and strain range. Using this relationship, the variation of the hysteresis loops can be satisfactorily described.
