摘要
在分析对供电公司所辖电网进行无功/电压水平考核的一些现行方法基础上,提出一种基于灵敏度分析的实用化考核方法。通过分析计算供电公司所辖范围内各负荷节点的注入无功功率对节点电压变化的灵敏度,可以直接根据考核的节点电压偏差求得相应的无功功率偏差,进而算出各节点的无功电量偏差,为在电力市场环境下对供电公司实施关于无功/电压水平考核的奖惩提供科学决策依据,同时也可以对供电公司合理进行无功补偿起指导作用,使整个电网处于优质运行状态。通过算例分析对此进行了验证。
On analyzing the methods currently used in assessing the reactive power/voltage level of a power grid, a practical method based on sensitivity analysis is suggested. The sensitivity of the injected reactive power to the voltages variation of a node is analyzed, then the reactive power deviation of the node can be directly calculated according to the voltage deviation,as well as the reactive energy deviation of the node. It helps power supply corporation in assessing the reactive power/voltage level under power market,and gives guidance to reactive power compensation. Calculative example verifies its effectiveness.
