摘要
简要分析了过流保护自锁电路在EXB 841驱动电路中的必要性。针对由分立元件构成的传统过流保护自锁电路的种种弊端,提出一种全新的复杂可编程逻辑器件CPLD(Complex ProgrammableLogic Device)逻辑控制单元.用以完成绝缘栅双极型晶体管IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)控制电路和与驱动电路之间的接口功能,并在出现过流故障时实现过流保护自锁。重点介绍了CPLD逻辑控制单元的内部逻辑设计,并通过Xilinx Foudation 3.1i软件仿真说明其具体逻辑功能。该控制单元已应用于实际电路中,运行证明性能是可靠的。
The necessity of the over current protecting selt-locking circuit in EXB 841 drive circuit is briefly analyzed. Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional over current protecting self-locking circuit structured by discrete components,a new type of CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device) logic control unit is designed to achieve the interface function between the control circuit and the drive circuit of IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) and realize over current protecting self-locking when appearing over current fault. The inner logic design of the CPLD logic control unit is emphasized,and its logic functions are detailed by simulation with Xilinx Foudation 3.1i software. The control unit is applied in practice, which verifies its reliability.
