摘要
概述了电力企业资源计划ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)存在的信息孤岛、外部约束变量设计不健全、预测的不确定性、供应链管理不协调等问题,提出利用数据仓库将发电企业中的管理信息系统MIS(Management Information System)、ERP、分散控制系统DCS(Distributed Control System)、监控信息系统SIS(Supervisory Information System)与实时数据仓库中的业务数据集成,建立发电企业智能决策支持系统IDSS(Intelligent Decision Support System)。电力IDSS是以数据仓库、联机分析处理、数据挖掘技术为基础的知识发现系统,对电力IDSS在发电企业信息化中的推广应用,将有利于提高发电企业的科学管理和决策水平。
Some problems existing in power enterprise are surveyed,such as information islands,poor design of external restrain variable, uncertainty of prediction, discordance of supply link management and so on. An IDSS(Intelligent Decision Support System) for power enterprise is created by using data warehouse technique,which integrates the data in power MIS(Management Information System),ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), DCS (Distributed Control System), SIS (Supervisory Information System) and real-time data warehouse. As a knowledge discovery system based on techniques of data warehousing, online analytical processing and data mining,its application in power enterprise will be helpful for the scientific management and decision level of power enterprise.
