摘要
应用本文作者提出的理论:铝增大碳在高速钢奥氏体的活度及扩散系数,但降低W、Mo、Cr、V等合金元素在γ或α内的扩散系数,及高速钢中奥氏体催化作用的机制,铝在高速钢中的一些作用能得到很好的解释,如对脱碳的敏感性,提高M_s温度,加强抗回火能力,以及减弱奥氏体在回火时的催化作用。
By the application of the theory suggested by the present author that in high speed steel, Al increases the activity and diffusibility of carbon in austenite, but lowers the diffusion coefficient of alloying elements, W, Mo, Cr and V, in y or a, and the mechanism on conditioning of austenite, the effects of Al addition in high speed steel can be well interpreted, i. e., sensitive to decarburization, raising Ms temperature, enhancing the ability against tempering and retarding the conditioning of austenite during tempering.
