35 SiMnMoV钢多相复合组织及其冲击性能

摘要 采用热处理方法在35SiMnMoV钢中,获得了马氏体+贝氏体+铁素体+奥氏体的多相纤维状复合组织。并与马氏体+铁素体纤维状双相组织和粒状贝氏体为主的复合组织作了冲击性能、硬度、强度对比。对冲击断口形貌,复合组织形态和奥氏体体积分数作了分析。结果表明,前者在低温回火或未回火状态下与调质的纤维状双相组织和回火态的粒状贝氏体组织相比,在同硬度、同强度下具有更高的冲击韧性和更优异的强韧性配合。并探讨了冲击性能变化的机理。 The martensite, bainite, ferrite plus austenite fibrous multiphase structure was obtained in 35SiMnMoV Steel by heat treatment methods and the comparison was made in impact energy, hardness, strength between this fibrous multiphase sructure and the martesite plus ferrite fibrous dual - phase structure with granular bainite structure. The fracture surface of impact specimen and complex structure morphology were observed and the volume percentage of austenite was surveyed. The results show that the fibrous multiphase structure after low temperature tempering or quenclnng without tempering possesses higher impact energy and better combination of strength and toughness than that of the fibrous dual - phase structure after high temperature tempering with the tempered granular bainite structure. The mechanism of impact - energy change is analyzed in this paper as well.
