摘要
研究了不同热处理规范、锻压比对35CrMo钢组织和性能的影响,采用动态热/力模拟技术研究了焊接规范、焊后热处理工艺规范对HAZ粗晶区性能的影响,确定了35CrMo钢作为沙漠工况条件下工作的采油树等装备用材的最佳热加工工艺规范。
The effect of heat treatment and forging ratio on the microstracture and properties of 35 CrMo steel was studied. The welding Simulation technique was used to investigate the effect of the welding parameters and post heat treatment on the properties of coarse grain HAZ. The optimum hot working parameters for manufacturing desert petroleum exploiting equipment with 35 CrMo steel were obtained.
