摘要
分析讨论了热疲劳缺口敏感性,提出了一种定性判断缺口敏感性的简便试验方法。试验结果指出,3Cr2W8V钢由于高温塑性低,其热疲劳破坏较4Cr5MoViSi(H13)钢对缺口更为敏感。
This paper discussed the thermal fatigue notch sensitivity of hot-working die steels. A simple qualitative testing method for evaluting thermal fatigue notch sensitivity has been provided. The experimental results showed that due to its lower high temperatures plasticity of 3Cr2W8V steel possessed higher thermal fatigue notch sensitivity than 4Cr5MoViSi(H13)steel.
