摘要 研究了影响三相钢中奥氏体量的因素;讨论了奥氏体稳定化和机械稳定性。结果表明,较高锰、适量硅和微量钒,低温区加热和缓冷均有利于提高奥氏体量;A~#钢中奥氏体量高达17%;奥氏体稳定化取决于化学稳定化、尺寸稳定化和热稳定化;机械稳定性与奥氏体的成分和尺寸有关;三相钢中奥氏体机械不稳定易发生应变诱发马氏体转变。 The effect on the amount of austenite,the stabiligation and the mechanical stability of austenite in triphase steel haue been studied and disscused. Results show that the high content of Mn. proper content of Si and tiny content of V,the low annealing temperature and the slowes cooling rate during intercritical annealing are benificral to increasing the amount of austenite,and the largest amount of austenite is up to 17% in A~# steel. The stabilization of austenite depends on the chemical stabilization,the particle sige effect and the austenite thermal stabilization. The mechanical stability of austenite is related to its chemical composition and size. In triphase steel ,austenite has lower mechanical stability and strain-induced martensite transformation occurs easily during deformation.
