摘要 用扫描和透射电镜研究了Al_2O_3-(W,Ti)C系陶瓷材料的成分、断口形貌和精细结构。结果表明,陶瓷体是由Al_2O_3、(W,Ti)C和金属粘结相组成。断口形貌为两类骨架结构相互穿插结合,各相致密,其颗粒大小在0.5~1.5μm。有些颗粒内部有细微亚晶粒,尺度在0.1~0.2μm左右。硬度测定指示,材料的维氏和洛氏硬度值分别为HV2600和HRA93.73。根据压痕法测得的压痕裂纹长度和硬度值参数,计算其K_(IC)为5.83MPa·m^(1/2)。该陶瓷已广泛用于制作切削刀具。 The compositions, morphologies and fine structure of the Al_2O_3-(W,Ti)C ceramic materials were analysed and observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results show that the structure-morphologies of the ceramic materials are framework-structures which are inlay each other, and every phase of ceramics materials is fine. Their demensions are about 0.5~1.5μm. The demensions of some particles and substructures in the grains are about 0.l~0.2μm. The measure of hardness shows that the Vicker hardness and the Rockwell hardness are 26GPa and 93.73. The fracture toughness K_(IC) calculated is 5.83MPa·m^(1/2), based on the crack length of pressing trace measured and hardness parameters. The ceramic material has been applied widely for manufacture of cutting tools.
