介绍了上海-50拖拉机行星内齿轮采用45~#钢经高、中频感应热处理,工艺稳定,能达到技术要求,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,并延长了使用寿命。
The high and medium frequency induction hardening processes of 45~# carbon steel epicyclic internal gears of Shanghsi-50 type treater were investigated. Long time production practice showed that it was easy to control the induction heat treatment processes, and properties of gears thus treated could well meet the technical requirements. These processes raised the production efficiency of gears, reduced the production cost, and rendered the gear a longer service llife.
