浙江民营中小企业的产业集群缘起于其特定地域的文化和政府在改革开放25年来的相对宽松的政策供给,随着中国加入WTO,在全球经济一体化的平台上,浙江产业集群的传统优势面临着新的挑战。政府应在提升产业集群创新能力和竞争力方面主动进行管理和服务,为宏观政策供给和微观创新发挥影响力。本文基于浙江产业集群的特色与模式及经济全球化带来新的挑战,提出延续产业集群的优势、提升浙江民营经济国际竞争力的四大战略选择。

The industrial cluster of private sm al l enterprises in ZheJiang province is originate in its culture of the particular region and the loose-fitting policy supplies provided by the government in the last25years' reform and opening,After China joined the WTO,even on the stage o f the economic globalization,the traditional advantage of the industrial cluster in Zhejiang province faces a new challenge.In the aspects of promoting internat ional competitiveness and ability of creation for industrial cluster in ZheJiang province,government should proceed management and serving actively and develop its influence by supplying for the macroscopic policy and the microscopic creati on.This text put forward four strategic choices on continuing the advantage of t he industrial cluster and promoting the international competitiveness of private industrial cluster in zhejiang province according to the special features&mode of the industrial cluster in Zhejiang province,also according to the new challen ge bronght by the economic globalization.
