摘要
供应链中季节性产品供求的不确定性,给供应链中各方的生产经营管理带来了一系列问题,也造成了很大的浪费。本文针对存在季节性波动的供求物品,分析供应双方合作以前的总成本和合作以后的总成本,指出在缺货成本和持有成本很高的情况下,合作后的总成本大于合作前的总成本,即合作可以节省成本,减少资源的浪费。于是提出了一种合作机制,让订货商提前订货,并且给供应商一个满意的协议价格,从而订货商可以消除供给的不确定性,使订货商的总成本变小,供应商的总收益变大。最终使订货商和供应商实现双赢。
Because of uncertainty of s ea sonal supply and demand products,there is a seris of problems to the produce and management which brings a lot of waste.Aiming at seasonal fluctuant supply and demand products,this paper analyzes the total cost of suppliers and demander bef ore coordination and after coordination.When oos cost and hold cost are very hig h,the total cost after coordination is higher than the total cost after coordina tion,so coordination may decrease cost and waste.Then this paper brings forward a kind of coordination mechanism that the manufacturer purchases the products th an before and gives the suppliers coordination-price.If so,the manufacturer may eliminate fluctuation,make the total cost decreasing and bring the suppliers lar ger benefit.At last,the manufacturer and the suppliers realize win-to-win.
