保险资金入市作为我国政府一项重要的金融决策,无论是在推动股市发展,还是在解脱保险业、特别是寿险业连续遭遇降息而至亏损的经营困境方面均取得明显效果。由于我国金融市场、特别是证券市场和保险市场发育尚不成熟,缺乏必要的系统性风险防范机制,加之我国保险业在传统的管理模式下长期积累的行业风险以及各风险因素相互关联等原因,使得入市保险资金面临着一系列风险隐患。本文着重提出可具体操作的防范与控制措施,致力于解决保险业中存在的一些现实问题。

As an im portant financial decision,the entering into the security market of the Insuran ce Funds will have an obviously effect on improving the management difficulties which our insure industry,especially Life Insurance is facing to.Because the fin ancial market especially the security market and the insurance market in our cou ntry is lack of necessary risk prevention system,and our insurance has accumula ted a lot of risks during the long period of traditional management,the Insuran ce Fund which has entered into the security market is facing with a series of hi dden risks。The article emphasizes on putting forward detailed policies to contr ol risks in this industry and trying to solve some practical problem in the pres ent situating。
