摘要
研究了微量Ca对45、45MnCr、45MnCrCuNiMo钢在不同热处理条件下的室温冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,微量Ca对不同合金化程度的中碳结构钢室温冲击韧性的影响有所不同;对不同热处理状态(即不同显微组织)的影响也有差异。数量Ca对15钢的纵向室温冲击韧性稍有降低作用,但对横向韧性有所改善;微量Ca显著提高12MnCr钢的室温冲击韧性。对45MnCrCuNiMo钠的室温冲击韧性有较大提高作用。本文对不同影响的原因进行了讨论。
Influence of calcium on the impact toughness of medium carbon steels (45,45MnCr, 45MnCrCuNiMo)with different heat treatment conditions, has been investigated. The results show that the impact toughness is lowed by an addition of 0.005 wt% Ca in 15 steel. A trace of Ca, however, improve the impact toughness of 45MnCr and 45MnCrCuNiMo steels. The reasons to affect the impact toughness of steel have been discussed.
