提高陶瓷-金属复合多孔材料透气性的研究

摘要 报道了莫来石-Fe_2O_3-Fe陶瓷-金属复合多孔透气性材料制备工艺中的一些技术关键,研制了一种新的透气性系数测量仪,考察了成分及工艺因素对透气系数的影响。结果表明,加入适量的钢纤维(如1.5vol%左右),采用CaO干燥,透气性将显著提高。 Some key tecnological factors involved in the manufacturing process of Mullite-Fe_2O_3-Fe porous ceramic-metal composite were reported. The influence of composition and processing parameters on gas-permeability was investigated. A new type of gas-permeability measuring instrument was developed. The results indicated that adding proper amount of steel fiber, such as 1.5vol%, or drying with CaO powder may promote permeability obviously.
