摘要
电磁炉的负载是用它来加热的锅具。当锅具的大小、材质发生变化时,负载的等效电感会发生变化,造成电磁炉主回路谐振频率变化,这样电磁炉的输出功率会不稳定,常会致使功率管IGBT过压损坏。针对这种情况,提出了一种双闭环控制结构和模糊控制方法,使得负载变化时保持电磁炉的输出功率稳定。在实际系统中,应用这种方法取得了满意的效果。
The load of the induction cooker is the vessels heated by it. The equivalent inductance will change when the size or material of the vessels changes. The resonance frequency of the main power circuit will also change, which will make the output power unstable. To solve this problem, in this paper we put forward a double closed-loop control configuration and a fuzzy control method to ensure the steady output power when the load changes. We use this method in the induction cooker control system and gain a satisfactory result.
