摘要 介绍了时效硬化高速钢的硬化特性及硬化机理。本系合金具有惊人的时效硬化能力,在55℃时效5~10min,硬度就将上升20~30HRC。时效曲线上出现的二步硬化暗示在时效时有两种硬化机制在起作用。实验表明,在时效过程中Co-Ni合金发生M—→A的逆转变,而高钴合金则未发现这种情况。 This paper introduces the hardening characteristics and the hardening mechanism of age-hardening high speed steel. This series of alloys possesses striking hardening capacity, the hardness will rsie by 20~30HRC at 550C aging in 5~10min. The two steps hardening appeared on the aging curve hints that two kinds of hardening mechanisms exist in aging process. The experiment indicates that the reverse transformation of M→A in aging process appears in Co-Ni alloy, but it doesn't appear in high-cobalt alloy.
