摘要
分析了冷切钢管圆锯片的服役条件和所要求的性能。提出了改进65Mn冷切圆锯片的热处理工艺和研制新型冷切圆锯片用钢的必要性。
This paper analyses the work conditions and the property requirements of circular saw blade for cold cutting steel tubes. For making better the intrinsic quality of the cold cutting saw blade made in our country, the necessity of improving the heat treatment technique of cold cutting saw blade made of 65Mn steel, and the significance of developing new kinds of steel for cold cutting saw blade are put forward.
