火电站长轴液下泵用材料的研究

摘要 设计了OCr18Ni5Mo3铸造合金钢。通过金相显微镜、X射线衍射、扫描电镜研究和分析了该钢种的金相组织及断口微观形貌;采用拉伸和冲击试验测定了该钢种的力学性能;利用多种耐腐蚀试验方法研究了该钢种的耐腐蚀性能。试验结果表明,该钢种是复相组织,有良好的韧性,在火电站污水介质条件下,均匀腐蚀等级为一级,晶间腐蚀倾向极小,与同类不锈钢比较成本低,可用来制造长轴液下泵。 A cast alloy steel 0Cr18Ni5Mo3 is designed. The structure and the fracture surface morphology is researched using optical microscope, X-ray diffractoscope and scanning electron microscope. The mechanical property is determined through tensile and impact tests, and the corrosion resistant property is researched by several of corrosion testings. Experimental results show that this steel is a kind of multiphase steel, having good toughness. The rate of homogeneous corrosion of this steel in waste water of the thermal power plant is of grade I (the lightest),and it has a very little tendency in forming intergranular corrosion. The manufacturing cost is lower than that of other stainless steels of the same category. It can be used for the long shaft pump in the liquid.
