摘要 采用喷吹送粉激光合金化和预置涂层激光重熔合金化两种方法砷铝硅合金表面进行处理,以提高其耐磨性能。分析了合金化涂层的化学成分、显微组织和结构,测量了涂层的硬度,并进行了涂层的磨损试验。结果表明,激光合金化涂层具有细小均匀的显微组织和较高的硬度,其耐磨性能比铝硅合金基材提高1倍左右。 Blown powder feeding laser alloying and laser alloying with preplaced powder were used to improve the wear resistance of aluminium-silicon. The chemical composition, microstructure, structure and microhardness of the coatings were studied. The wear test of the coatings was done. The experimental results show that the microstructure of laser alloyed coatings is extremely fine and homogenious. The hardness of the coatings is high. The wear resistance of the coatings increases by about one time compared with that of the aluminum-silicon substrate.
