摘要 应用真空熔烧方法制得Ni基合金-碳化铬复合涂层,应用超声振荡设备测试了复合涂层在30C的30%HCl和50%H_2SO_4溶液中的气蚀性能。试验结果表明,随着碳化铬含量增加,复合涂层的耐气蚀性能提高,复合涂层具有比1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢明显好的抗气蚀性能。复合涂层的气蚀主要由基体的材料损失造成,在酸溶液中气蚀由机械作用和腐蚀共同形成。 Ni base alloy-chroium carbide composite coatings have been obtained by vacuum fusion sintering method. Cavitation erosion resistance of the composite coatings was determined in 30% HCl and 50% H_2SO_4 solutions at 30 C by an ultrasonic vibratory apparatus. The test results showed that the cavitaion erosion resistance of the composite coatings was increased with increasing the chromium carbide content. The cavitation erosion resistance of the composite coatings is much better than that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. The cavitation erosion of the composite coatings was mainly caused by removal of the matrix material. Cavitaion erosion in acid solutions was caused by mechanical action and corrosive action.
