摘要
测定了Cf53钢高频感应淬火后的P-N和P-S-N曲线,得出了2200、2450、2600MPa时的疲劳寿命。失效分析表明,摩擦力与τ_(45)的合力是接触表面裂纹萌生的驱动力,导出其表面裂纹优先扩展的临界摩擦系数μ_(?)=0.68。
In this paper, the curves of the P-N and P-S-N of steel Cf53 of its high frequency induction hardening were measured with the method of metallic materials-rolling contact fatigue test. The contact fatigue lifes are obtained. The reason of contact fatigue failure is the initiation and propagation of surface crack. The critical friction coefficient is developed.
