摘要
对挤压铸造法制备的Al_2O_3/ZA-12复合材料在油润条件下的摩擦磨损性能进行了测试,给出了纤维体积分数和载荷对复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响规律,并对影响其摩擦磨损性能的因素进行了讨论。
Friction and wear properties of randomly oriented alumina fibres reinforced ZA-12 alloy composites fabricated by squeeze casting were studied. The effects of alumina content (V_f) and load on the coefficient of friction and the wear of the composites were investigated. The effects on the friction and wear properties of the composites were discussed.
