中医辨证分型治疗高血压病106例

Treatment of 106 Cases of Hypertension with Traditional Chinese Medicine According to the Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs

目的 :研究中医辨证分型治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法 :将 10 6例高血压患者按中医辩证分为 4型进行辨证论治 ,并参照卫生部发布的《中药新药治疗高血压病临床研究指导原则》中降压疗效标准和症状疗效标准进行治疗效果的评定。结果 :治疗后降压显效 72例 ,有效 33例 ,无效 1例 ;症状治疗显效 5 8例 ,有效 4 5例。结论 :中医辨证论治治疗高血压临床效果明显 ,降压效果缓慢持久。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs.Methods:106 cases were divided into 4 types according to differentiation of symptoms and signs to treat with Chinese medicine their therapeutic effects were evaluated on the basis of CLINICAL RESEARCH INSTRUCTION PRINCIPLE OF TREATING HYPERTENSIVE DISEASE WITH NEW DRUG AND TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINES formulated by the Ministry of Health of PRC.Results:In aspect of antihypertensive effect 72 cases showed excellent results,33 effective and 1 ineffective;in aspect of treatment effect,58 cases showed excellent results and 45 effective.Conclusion:The treatment of hypertension with traditonal Chinese medicine according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs can obtain satisfactory results and show long-term hypotensive effect.
